Campus and Facilities
The University of Worcester offers a fully modern learning environment while retaining its friendly atmosphere and leafy parkland campus. From laboratories and sports facilites to study support and computing assistance, the University has an excellent infrastructure that's here when you need it.
An on-going investment programme has seen the opening of a new £1m Digital Arts Centre with industry standard equipment, a multi-million pound Sports Centre and new Drama Studio.
The Library holds over 130,000 books and a journal collection of 800 titles, with a team of specialist subject librarians ready to help you make the most of the available resources. The Computer Centre has 150 computers available for both scheduled classes and independent work and offers a sophisticated high-speed network printing service.
Accommodation & Food
The University has approximately 500 rooms arranged throughout our Halls of Residence. Most flats have self-catering facilities but meals are also available on campus. The Food Court, Cafe Connections, Ritazza Coffee Shop and the Students' Union shop offer varied menus and always include vegetarian options. Find out more about Catering at the University.
Social
The social hub of campus life is the Students' Union. The Union coordinates a wide range of clubs, societies and activities, and is active in student welfare and representation.
Facility Hire
Many of our facilities, including the Conference Centre, Cotswold Suite, Lecture Theatres and Accommodation are available for public hire at competitive rates.
