Holly has worked in primary and secondary education within mainstream and special settings in schools in Worcestershire, Coventry and Warwickshire.

Holly is a lecturer in primary education, teaching on both the PGCE and BA Primary Initial Teacher Education course, focusing on Mathematics and Science.

Trained to teach across the full primary age range, Holly has taught in Key Stage One through to Key Stage 4. She has worked at Worcester University since January 2023 after making the move from Special Education. In her school experience, Holly was supporting hard to reach learners to access primary and secondary education; thus, improving life outcomes. Holly has undertaken a variety of roles in school, including Curriculum Lead and Internal Quality Assurer and has enjoyed mentoring and supporting experienced and early career teachers.

Holly is a Personal and Academic Tutor and School Experience Mentor. She teaches on the undergraduate and postgraduate teacher training programmes, focusing on Mathematics and Science.
