Student Services
Student Services offers advice and guidance on every aspect of life to all University of Worcester Students.
Our Student Hub is called firstpoint, and it is where you can ask any question about university life. There are many ways to contact firstpoint but the best place to start once you are a registered student is firstpoint online.

Support with your studies
Whether you’re a home or international students, starting university is likely to be different from anything that you’ve done before. You’ll experience modern classroom technologies, often for the first time, and UK university learning can be very different from your previous studies.

University learning is based around lectures and seminars. Seminars in particular will give you opportunities to develop your ideas through conversations and discussions with other students and tutors.
Independent study is also a key element of university learning, and you’ll probably spend a lot of time in our beautiful Hive library.
English language support
Once you arrive in the UK you can improve your academic English and language skills by utilising the support offered at our Centre for Academic English and Skills.
Study Skills
Our dedicated study skills website can help you with writing assignments, preparing for exams, navigating academic integrity and so much more!
