Ella Mansfield
Ella Mansfield, who was inspired to fulfil her potential by a quote from Rocky, graduated from the University of Worcester with a First Class Honours in Criminology with Policing in November 2021.
Ella now hopes to become a uniformed officer within the police force, with an aspiration to one day work in the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).
“Working in the CID is my dream job,” she said. “My Personal Academic tutor, who was also a great lecturer, gave me a fantastic insight in to life in the CID which I will take with me in to the future.”
“I chose to study at Worcester because of the reputation of their support services. Because the University is not too enormous, I felt like a person rather than a number, and the staff were interested in getting to know each student personally. I really felt like they valued our opinions.”
“In comparison to the other universities I visited, Worcester definitely felt like more of a community or family,” Ella added.
