Studying abroad is an exciting time of discovery. You'll experience new cultures, make friends from all over the world and learn a huge amount about yourself. It also looks great on your CV. There might be many reasons for you not to opt for the long study abroad options, such as the semester or the year abroad, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t anything to offer!
You can attend a summer school at one of our partner or endorsed universities! Summer schools usually run from between one to six weeks. Some focus on cultural experience, while others will focus on specific course related subjects. Every year the programs and the destinations are different and there is no limit in what you can do and achieve!
The following list comprises of Turing Funded programmes and Not Turing Funded programmes.
Turing funded programmes provide financial support through the Turing scheme ranging from £500 to £1100 according to eligibility. Funding availability is confirmed on a yearly basis and each year the Turing funded programmes may vary.
Programmes that are Not Turing Funded are managed by our partners and students must apply directly to them. For these programmes there is no financial support available through the university. Pay special attention to the last programme on the list, which takes place in the Spring over the Easter break, and not the Summer.
Please contact Shannon Tobin, International Mobility Coordinator, at s.tobin@worc.ac.uk with any questions.
