Free, healthy breakfasts are on offer across the university year to ensure students have the opportunity to start the day off on the right foot.
SU President Ruttuja Mane and Vice President, Student Activities, Jack Lambert.
More than a hundred students attended the first Breakfast with the Students' Union event at The Hangar on St John’s Campus, with subsequent events taking place on Severn and City Campuses.
Staff from the Students’ Union are on hand at the events to chat to students and find out how everything is going.
Ruttuja Mane is the President of Worcester Students’ Union, she said: “For us it’s a chance to meet with the students and let them know we’re here for them, it’s a chance to chat with us and hear what the union has on offer.”
She continued: “The people using the service are very grateful, we’ve had wonderful feedback from them, and it has been lovely to see people arriving at the events on their own but leaving as part of a group as they make friends.”
She added: “We’re really grateful for the support and funding we’ve had from the University for this initiative.”
