Archery and kayaking are just some of the activities that the University of Worcester will be providing for young people during the summer holidays at its new Lakeside Campus.
The holiday club, for children aged eight to 14, runs from July 25 until August 26.
From 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, a team of friendly, qualified instructors will guide children through a packed day of fun.
An exciting selection of outdoor adventure and sport activities are on offer; including bush craft, archery, kayaking and a zip-wire.
These will make use of the University's Lakeside Campus, the former Top Barn Activity Centre.
Children will also have the opportunity to learn new skills and develop their team work and leadership qualities with sessions on raft building and a low ropes course.
Outdoor Activity, Sport and Exercise Facilities Manager at the University's Lakeside Campus, Robert Delahay said: "We are very excited to be running summer activity camps at our new Lakeside campus.
"These will provide opportunities for children and young people across the community to take part in outdoor adventurous and educational activities"
The cost for 1-5 days is £30 per person, per day but discounted rates are offered for those attending for longer: £27.50 per person, per day for 6-10 days and £22.50 per person, per day for 11 or more days.
The holiday club will run whatever the weather, though the timetable could change.
