Andre is a part-time DBA student in the Worcester Business School at the University of Worcester.

 

Andre´s main research interest is real estate development under consideration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects. His DBA research focusses on identifying current environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards in the real estate development industry in Germany. The research aim is to develop a tool to integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards into the development process of German real estate development projects. Andre is conducting a mixed-method research study.

His supervisors are Professor Edward G. Ochieng and Dr Abdulmaten Taroun.

In addition to working towards his DBA Andre works as Head of Acquisition for commercial real estate developments at INTERBODEN Group.
