Role Summary
Bev provides professional administrative support for the Educational Studies Course.
Bev is the central point of contact for staff and students and is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of all administration relating to the course.
Bev also provides PA support to the Head of Department for Education and Inclusion
Roles & Responsibilities
- To provide professional administrative support for the course working closely with the Course Leader to ensure the efficient, effective operational delivery of the course
- To provide PA support to the Head of Department for Education and Inclusion
- To act as first point of contact for the full range of internal and external contacts
- To input key course information into SOLE
- To arrange, prepare and minute key course related meetings
- To take responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of course documentation, such as course handbooks
- To provide comprehensive support for the monitoring of work placements
- Course timetabling
- Provide advice and guidance to students.

- BA (Hons) English and American Literature
- Institute of Leadership and Management: Certificate in First Line Management
