Bismark is a lecturer in Biomedical Science with experience across industry, clinical practice, and academia. Bismark enjoys sharing knowledge and real-world laboratory and clinical experiences, helping students bridge theory with practice in meaningful ways. Whether we're exploring the inner workings of cells, the science behind diseases, or the latest breakthroughs in medical research, Bismark strives to make learning engaging, interactive, and relevant to future careers in healthcare and science.

Teaching Interests
Bismark is actively involved in teaching across various areas of Biomedical Science, including Cellular Pathology, Haematology and Clinical Chemistry. Through Bismark's lectures and practical sessions, he aims to create an interactive learning environment that helps students connect theoretical concepts to real-world clinical and laboratory applications.
Research Interests
Bismark's research focuses on identifying cost-effective, simple, and accessible biomarkers for disease diagnosis, particularly in prostate cancer and preeclampsia. I have a special interest in maternal health, aiming to improve early detection and clinical outcomes through innovative, low-resource diagnostic solutions.
