Charlotte studied Education as an undergraduate and wrote her dissertation on the indirect use of the Lexical Approach to teaching English in a language centre. She completed her Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults in 2018 and also has a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice. She has taught English since 2011, with a keen interest in English for Academic Purposes.
Charlotte believes all students can enhance their work by unlocking their academic writing skills. She teaches using guided discovery and fosters a calm learning environment so that students can explore the factors of better writing and apply it to their own studies
