Role Summary
As the School of Education Quality Administrator, David maintains quality records of key course documentation and ensures all amendments to courses and modules are managed and delivered correctly following quality procedures.
Working alongside the Quality Co-Ordinator and Course Administrators at the University, as well as partner colleges, David professionally supports academic staff to ensure Quality requirements are met to a high standard on a wide range of tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implementation of quality requirements and maintaining up to date records
- Ensuring appropriate procedures relating to quality are followed by school academic staff
- Supporting key staff through any external validation and monitoring processes
- Monitoring documentation consistency, advising and accurately storing master documents
- Organising meetings including recording and disseminating accurate detailed minutes
- Updating and maintaining all documentation relating to quality across the School
- Supporting the periodic review process for partners and departmental bodies
- Providing administrative support to staff and other stakeholders within the School
- Administering any peer supported review of teaching schemes, updating data policies
- Providing support to academic colleagues with the academic Integrity process
- Undertaking preparation, monitoring and analysis of the module evaluation scheme
- Liaising with course leaders, quality managers and project coordinators
- Creation and sharing of professional, well presented internal and external documentation
