Jamie has spent the past nine years working within the accounting and finance team. Areas of teaching expertise are financial management and auditing. Jamie also has a particular interest in accounting education research, developing research on the use of simulations in the teaching of auditing. Jamie has also published a paper, which looked at the role of universities in developing softer skills in accountancy.
Before working at Worcester, Jamie spent three years in practice for a large professional services firm specialising in forensic accounting and assurance. She also spent time working for HM Treasury within the Welfare to Work Team.
