Martin is a part-time DBA student in the Worcester Business School at the University of Worcester.
His main research interests are located in human resource and organizational development, empowerment as well as leadership psychology.
Martin’s DBA research concerns barriers and success factors moving from traditional to agile leadership structures and employee voice.
Accordingly, he is conducting a qualitative study identifying perceived barriers and success factors moving from traditional to agile leadership structures and employee voice in a medium sized IT firm based in Germany.
Martin is a student representative for the DBA Cohort 2020 (Bielefeld).
His supervisors are Dr Catharine Ross and Professor Lynn Nichol.
In addition to working towards his DBA Martin works as an HR-Manager. Being responsible for all HR activities, he focuses on the empowerment of individuals and teams to realise their full potential and thus improve organizational practice.
