Nursing and Midwifery clinical practice has been a lifelong professional dedication for Michelle which has evolved into a journey to teaching in her recent role as a Lecturer at the Three Counties School of Nursing and Midwifery.
Michelle's Previous roles in Public Health, Quality Improvement and Professional Advocacy inspire her current teaching practice with undergraduate Midwives and post graduate Nurses. In addition, Michelle has a role as a Clinical Champion in Physical Activity delivering training to healthcare professionals on incorporating healthy lifestyle coaching into their practice. Outdoor activities and exercise have always been a key element of her lifestyle and currently she enjoys mountain climbing in Wales and practicing yoga – a great combination for restoring balance into the busy schedules of today.
