Role Summary
As PA to the Head of Institute, Sarah is the main point of contact for official School correspondence, and plays a key role in managing correspondence and critical deadlines. As well as maintaining the Head of Institute's diary and assisting with managing her workload, she provides support to the Senior Leadership Team, and has responsibility for collation and updating of Institute policies, staff handbooks and staff profiles.
Role and Responsibilities
- Organising the Head of Institute's diary, correspondence, filing and travel
- Organising, drafting agendas, completing minutes and follow up actions for the Senior Leadership Management meetings
- Preparing documents to be returned to the DfE
- Assist in Student Complaints and Fitness to Practise
- Completing Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires for tenders
- Updating staff profiles
- Updating the Academic staff handbook
- Liaising with HR to set up interviews and teaching panels
