Supporting you
Whether you need advice on paying tuition fees, help finding an obscure book, access to the internet, a dentist, or language lessons, we have the technology, services and resources to ensure that your time with us is stimulating and productive.
The following are some of the many people and student services at the University of Worcester who can offer advice and support:
firstpoint
You can access most student support services through firstpoint in the Peirson Study and Guidance Centre on St. John’s Campus.

More services for students
The Students’ Union:
Offers free, confidential, and impartial advice and representation to all students on a wide range of academic and accommodation issues, alongside societies, clubs, volunteering, student representations and social activities.
Registry Services:
Offers advice on matters relating to your academic work including registration, module selection, assessment and graduation. Contact firstpoint.
The IT Service:
Responsible for providing IT facilities and Wi-Fi throughout the University. They also offer a Service Desk which is based on the first floor of the Peirson Study and Guidance Centre on the St John's campus, as well as support from Level Three of The Hive.
Library Services:
Offers over a quarter of a million books, online texts, study support and more in The Hive - the award winning joint university and public library.
