Herefordshire & Worcestershire Help To Grow Management Course
The Help to Grow: Management Course is a government funded, leadership course aimed at Senior Managers in small and medium sized businesses. The course is designed in collaboration with industry experts, experienced entrepreneurs, and Business Schools. The Help to Grow: Management Course provides practical skills and knowledge to develop employees, build business resilience, increase profits and support growth.
Aimed at senior leaders, this course covers strategies for growth and innovation. Course content also covers approaches to digital adoption as well as financial management and responsible business practices. The course is designed to be studied around existing work commitments and can be accessed through a blend of online and face-to-face sessions.
By the end of the course you will have utilised your 1:1 business mentoring to take away a bespoke business plan to help your business reach its full potential.
The cost of this course is 90% subsidised by the government.

Eligibility
To be eligible to this course you must be:
- A business or social enterprise (not a charity) based in the United Kingdom, with 5 to 249 employees
- A business that is more than a year old
- A senior decision maker within the business e.g. CEO, Finance director
- Have at least one line of management in business employment structure.
Number of attendees
- For businesses or social enterprises that have fewer than 10 employees, no more than one participant can participate in the Programme
- For businesses or social enterprises with 10 or more employees, up to two persons can participate in the Programme.
How you study?
This is a 12 week course which will include both in person and online delivery. There will be a combination of taught sessions, seminars and use of resources such as case studies.
Cost
Help to Grow Management Course is 90% funded by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
Small and medium sized businesses only need to pay £750 per attendee (10% of the overall value).
Payment will be required once you have been offered a place on the course.
