Residential conferences

During the summer, we can provide on-campus accommodation for delegates travelling from further afield or wishing to utilise our accommodation for overnight conferences or events. Our residential accommodation is flexible and we can offer Half Board, Full Board or a package to suit your needs.

Conference accommodation

We offer a range of contemporary conference accommodation with over 1,000 bedrooms available from mid-June through to early September. Whether you are looking for premium en-suite accommodation or more traditional accommodation we have rooms to suit and are confident in providing quality accommodation for every budget.

Residential Conference 24-hour Delegate Rate

The Residential Conference rate is inclusive of accommodation, a full English breakfast, a working buffet lunch and a two-course evening meal. Tea/coffee will be provided on arrival to your conference suite and also during the morning and afternoon (with the addition of biscuits and water for these servings) . In addition to the catering, the rate is also inclusive of conference suite hire and AV equipment. Please contact the Conferencing team for prices.

For Event Organisers

We can arrange conference breakfasts, working lunches or conference dinner for you and your delegates available to pre-order through our Conferencing team at the time of booking.
