Olivia Wilson
Olivia Wilson was among those to have completed their studies at the University of Worcester this year. She achieved First Class Honours in her degree in Geography.
Olivia is now working as a Junior Data Analyst. She chose to study at Worcester because of opportunities offered on the course. “Out of many universities I looked at, Worcester was my favourite. The Geography course offered more fieldwork opportunities and chances to gain experience using equipment than other universities,” she added.
Although completing her studies during the pandemic was challenging, she had plenty of support from her lecturers. “Studying during the pandemic was hard to begin with, but I kept a strict routine for myself which helped,” she said. “I had regular catch-ups with my personal tutor and Independent Study supervisor regarding my work. This meant I had small deadlines to reach to show my progress, which was also really helpful.”
